Description

  • Support corporate and private equity clients with market entry strategy and analysis, including identifying investment themes and potential targets.
  • Conduct buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence.
  • Perform qualitative assessments of client and target markets using primary and secondary research and internal expertise.
  • Carry out quantitative analysis, including market sizing and business plan assessment.
  • Prepare clear written deliverables and present findings confidently to clients.
  • Work in blended teams alongside strategy, transaction, and sector specialists.
  • Contribute to client relationships and business development activity.
  • Coach and develop junior team members.

Requirements

  • Consultant-level or above experience in strategy or transaction advisory, including CDD, VCDD, Growth, or Market Entry.
  • Significant experience with strategy or transaction processes in an industry context.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships throughout project work and business development.
  • Genuine interest in coaching and developing junior team members.
  • Desire to work in a fast-growing business and help shape the team’s future development.
  • Preferable but not necessary: experience on energy-focused projects.
  • Preferable but not necessary: understanding of the energy value chain.
