Description

  • Define and monitor product and business success metrics, including sales, pipeline, adoption, retention, and pilot-to-production conversion.
  • Develop multi-year product strategy, customer segmentation, use-case priorities, differentiation, and build/partner/integrate recommendations.
  • Translate strategy into sequenced roadmap recommendations and align engineering, sales, marketing, and stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs.
  • Develop, test, and refine pricing, packaging, and metering models for Intelligence Cloud, Optimizer Hub, and Payara InSight.
  • Partner with engineering on customer discovery, requirements, design reviews, implementation decisions, release readiness, and UX/UI priorities.
  • Lead positioning, launches, sales enablement, competitive differentiation, and customer-facing product content with marketing.
  • Support customer and prospect conversations, strategic deals, escalations, product demonstrations, and technical documentation.
  • Present product strategy, roadmap, pricing, customer insights, and business performance to executive leadership.
  • Build technical understanding of JVM architecture, JIT compilation, and warm-up to guide trade-offs and translate capabilities into customer value.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership from strategy and launch through revenue.
  • Track record of shipping enterprise SaaS in application performance monitoring, security, observability, optimization, systems management, or log analytics.
  • Experience using AI tools in daily product work within an AI-first product organization.
  • Demonstrated ownership of pricing and packaging for a technical product.
  • Strong technical fluency, including ability to interpret architecture diagrams and participate in engineering discussions.
  • Knowledge of DevOps engineers, platform engineers, and developers as enterprise buying influencers.
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous, multi-time-zone environment.
  • Hands-on software or quality engineering background, open-source community experience, and Java or Java tooling knowledge (preferred).
