Description

  • Design, build, and test Claude skills for IT and Security workflows.
  • Assist with scoping, building, testing, and iterating on AI agents that automate IT and Security tasks.
  • Configure and validate MCP connector integrations for Slack, Atlassian, Asana, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
  • Support log review, alert triage, and incident documentation across Okta, Microsoft Purview, and Defender.
  • Assist with hardware procurement tracking, onboarding and offboarding, Jamf device management, and SaaS access requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation for AI tools, security procedures, and IT runbooks in Confluence.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or a related field.
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.4.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week for an 8–12 week internship.
  • Available to work from the Sunnyvale, California office or remotely within the United States.
