Description

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Use social media, networking, and job boards to source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews and serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the selection process.
  • Assist with crafting job offers and support negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably as a freelancer.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and projects at once.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to sell candidates effectively to clients.
  • A proactive and independent work style.
