  • Create a detailed business plan for the assigned region.
  • Lead sales and marketing activities through the shared team to achieve goals and targets.
  • Report planned versus actual business performance regularly to the board and management.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish to meet sales targets.
  • Grow and manage Convene business within the assigned region.
  • Represent the company and its products as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS software sales.
  • Experience handling BFSI customers.
  • Experience handling government agencies.
  • Strong analytical and inquisitive mindset to identify and report market trends.
  • Ability to present the company and product value effectively.
  • Ability to manage different types of sales cycles naturally and independently.
  • Experience working in domestic and/or international markets.
  • Ability to work with shared teams to drive target achievement.
