Description

  • Manage the North America social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn in support of business, marketing, and brand objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated social campaigns that support ticket sales, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee content strategy and editorial planning for always-on programming, campaign support, and real-time trend-driven opportunities.
  • Concept, produce, and optimize social-first content, including short-form video, for platform-native and high-performing delivery.
  • Create, shoot, edit, and publish social content that reflects audience behavior and cultural trends.
  • Manage day-to-day channel operations, including timely posting, engagement, brand voice, and escalation of sensitive or high-visibility issues.
  • Analyze social performance data and turn insights into recommendations that improve engagement, audience growth, and conversion.
  • Serve as a social media subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and international teams, sharing best practices and platform trends.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, partnerships, communications, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign impact.
  • Contribute to influencer and creator marketing efforts and support campaigns in the live entertainment space.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience creating content in fast-paced, culturally relevant environments such as entertainment, music, sports, or media brands, or within an agency, strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including best practices, algorithms, and emerging features.
  • Deep understanding of social-first content, especially short-form video, and what drives engagement across platforms.
  • Experience concepting, shooting, and editing content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or native platform tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different platforms and audiences.
  • Strong community management skills, including thoughtful engagement with fans and sound judgment in sensitive or high-visibility interactions.
  • Ability to analyze social performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations in partnership with analytics teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, creative, partnerships, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Strong awareness of cultural trends, internet behavior, and the evolving social media landscape.
  • Self-starter who can take ownership, move quickly, and adapt to changing priorities.
