Description

  • Lead Bridge’s content strategy across owned and paid channels to drive awareness and demand generation.
  • Build and manage an editorial and social calendar aligned with company goals.
  • Write, edit, and oversee production of thought leadership content across blogs, white papers, case studies, reports, videos, webinars, and newsletters.
  • Develop storytelling and thought leadership approaches that differentiate Bridge and resonate with fintech and crypto audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal experts, executives, and external partners to create content that informs, inspires, and converts.
  • Identify and repurpose existing content into new formats and for new audiences.
  • Own Bridge’s organic social media presence across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Set and execute social media strategy to grow reach, engagement, and community.
  • Partner with legal, comms, and marketing teams to align messaging and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Measure content and social performance, report on metrics and ROI, and use insights to improve future work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital storytelling, ideally within fintech or crypto.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible, engaging narratives.
  • Proven success leading multi-channel content programs and building engaged social communities.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, from big-picture planning to daily publishing.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and social media management platforms.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing agency or partner relationships.
  • Deep curiosity about crypto, fintech, and the future of financial technology.
