Description

  • Own customer outcomes end to end across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success.
  • Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into compliant, mission-aligned solutions.
  • Design, build, test, and ship AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines on Axon's platform.
  • Configure, integrate, and extend Axon systems such as DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, and Records in the agency environment.
  • Iterate on solutions in the field until adoption sticks and document reusable patterns for future accounts.
  • Apply CJIS, evidence integrity, and privacy guardrails in every build.
  • Troubleshoot onsite issues and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
  • Build AI-powered workflows using prompts, RAG, evaluations, and related tools to solve defined agency problems.
  • Assess workflows, define success metrics, and capture baselines before major deployments.
  • Lead QBRs, mission reviews, and strategic planning with agency leadership and operational stakeholders.
  • Capture field intelligence, share insights with Product and Engineering, and identify expansion opportunities with Sales.
  • Support Sales-to-Post-Sales onboarding and maintain consistent onsite presence, approximately 3-4 days per week.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments.
  • Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proven experience shipping working automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
  • Experience configuring products, writing integration logic, and delivering production-ready solutions.
  • Comfort working across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled technologies, and integrated systems.
  • Strong communication skills with technical teams and senior stakeholders, including command staff in mission-critical environments.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and manage competing priorities across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and adhere to security standards.
  • Preferred experience in public safety, law enforcement, corrections, or other mission-critical operational environments.
  • Preferred background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or operational transformation at scale.
  • Familiarity with Records, Evidence, digital workflows, AI-enabled platforms, or integrated public safety ecosystems is preferred.
  • Some roles may require legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment.
