Description

  • Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects serving law enforcement, campus, and corrections customers.
  • Provide technical and project guidance to ensure consistent solution quality and productivity.
  • Coach and mentor team members to build innovation, learning, and accountability.
  • Analyze and review IT system architectures to scope and recommend technical solutions.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to support successful implementation and integration.
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding new Solutions Architects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with solution architecture standards.
  • Own team performance, resource allocation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement in architecture, customer delivery, and team operations.
  • Support complex or unique client engagements requiring deeper technical involvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience in solution architecture or related technical leadership roles.
  • 1–3 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Experience with solution architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, and systems integration.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, including clients.
  • Experience in project management and business process analysis.
  • Basic understanding of integration coding methodologies.
  • Experience in the public safety sector preferred, including RMS/CAD implementations.
  • Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and maintain CJIS clearance.
  • Must be within commutable distance to one of the listed hub locations and able to travel 30% of the time.
