Description

  • Lead customers through discovery sessions to uncover needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff to completion while keeping work on track and within scope.
  • Navigate challenging personalities and high-pressure situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Act as a strategic consultant by providing data-driven recommendations and adoption guidance.
  • Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Drive retention and expansion by identifying growth opportunities and helping customers realize value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to advocate for customer needs.
  • Provide insight into customer needs and challenges to help influence internal product roadmaps and projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Experience working with law enforcement, public safety, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Some sales experience is preferred.
  • Formal training or certification in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer engagements, with an expected travel level of 30-40%.
  • Ability to work remotely, with periodic in-office presence preferred in the Seattle area.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
  • Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders with credibility and confidence.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
