Description

  • Lead post-sale account management for new and existing growth accounts from kickoff through wrap.
  • Manage all post-sale campaign elements, including kickoff calls, production, launch, and reporting.
  • Build media strategies that align with client objectives and campaign goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and delivery, and recommend optimizations to support client and revenue goals.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Axios products and position them effectively to clients and agency partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Client Partnerships, Smart Brevity Studio, Events, Brand Journalism, and Ad Operations.
  • Support media planning, proposals, and renewal activities in partnership with Client Partnerships colleagues.
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to provide a high-touch client experience.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, renewal, and upsell.
  • Pull reporting and use analytics to make data-driven campaign recommendations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of digital campaign planning and execution experience in a publisher or agency environment.
  • At least 2-4 years of overall work experience.
  • Experience in account management, customer support, media planning, digital marketing, ad operations, or business development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite, including Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
  • Ability to work independently with occasional support and understand broader business context.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience analyzing campaign data and using analytics to guide optimization recommendations.
  • Growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to actively develop AI literacy and use AI tools in daily work.

  • Starting salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, depending on location, work experience, and skills.
