Description

Lead post-sale account management for new and existing growth accounts from kickoff through wrap.
Manage all post-sale campaign elements, including kickoff calls, production, launch, and reporting.
Build media strategies that align with client objectives and campaign goals.
Monitor campaign performance and delivery, and recommend optimizations to support client and revenue goals.
Develop a strong understanding of Axios products and position them effectively to clients and agency partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Client Partnerships, Smart Brevity Studio, Events, Brand Journalism, and Ad Operations.
Support media planning, proposals, and renewal activities in partnership with Client Partnerships colleagues.
Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to provide a high-touch client experience.
Identify opportunities for account growth, renewal, and upsell.
Pull reporting and use analytics to make data-driven campaign recommendations.

Requirements

1+ years of digital campaign planning and execution experience in a publisher or agency environment.
At least 2-4 years of overall work experience.
Experience in account management, customer support, media planning, digital marketing, ad operations, or business development is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Office Suite, including Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
Ability to work independently with occasional support and understand broader business context.
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with close attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience analyzing campaign data and using analytics to guide optimization recommendations.
Growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Willingness to actively develop AI literacy and use AI tools in daily work.

Benefits

Starting salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, depending on location, work experience, and skills.
