Description

  • Determine client scoping requirements, including GCC or GCC High tenant needs, applicable compliance obligations, enclave or physical considerations, and network architecture requirements.
  • Work through scoping questionnaires and consent-to-proceed steps with clients and internally.
  • Participate in creating implementation timelines for client engagements.
  • Lead client discussions and answer questions during scoping, biweekly meetings, cybersecurity maintenance checklist activities, and assessment preparation.
  • Provide guidance to clients on required documentation and respond to CMMC compliance inquiries.
  • Participate in client assessments by leading or answering questions about documentation, system environments, and control implementation.
  • Maintain clear, complete, and accurate ticket documentation as potential assessment evidence.
  • Follow naming conventions, use appropriate templates, and adhere to client implementation plans.
  • Provide internal direction to team members on CMMC-related questions and support consistent interpretation of requirements.
  • Work with the Compliance Officer and GRC Admin on documentation preparation and related tasks.

Requirements

  • CCP training.
  • Strong experience in a Microsoft 365 GCC or GCC High environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Strong interest in compliance, security, and regulated IT environments.
  • Comfortable working in structured, checklist-driven workflows.
  • Willingness to ask questions rather than improvise.
  • Strong written communication skills for documentation and tickets.
  • Reliability and consistency in task execution.
  • MSP experience in structured service environments is preferred.
  • Technical writing experience is preferred.
  • CCA training is preferred.
