Description

  • Develop the strategic approach for client media plans and ongoing campaign management.
  • Lead planning and delivery of integrated cross-channel media plans across digital and traditional media.
  • Determine media program goals and objectives, develop budget recommendations, and model outcomes.
  • Work with analytics and stakeholders to establish measurement plans and optimization criteria.
  • Manage junior team members in planning, execution, and day-to-day campaign oversight.
  • Provide performance management, coaching, and feedback to develop supervisors and planners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, platforms, and technology partners.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through new partnerships, media spend, and fee-generating activities.
  • Lead development of RFPs, partner evaluation lists, and partner selection criteria.
  • Participate in new business pitches, proposals, and client-facing POVs, case studies, and test-and-learn scenarios.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant agency experience in media planning and buying across online and offline channels.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience or related account management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Direct experience with pharmaceutical advertising is preferred, and/or healthcare advertising for both patients and physicians.
  • Knowledge of media planning and buying, third-party tracking, ad serving technology, and audience and competitive research tools.
  • Experience with paid social and search strategy is a plus.
  • Understanding of full-funnel media campaigns.
  • Experience working within a full-service agency and/or client-side environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to present agency concepts, provide clear direction, and understand strategic marketing communications planning and estimate development.
