Description

  • Manage large multi-faceted projects, accounts, or campaigns, including multiple projects at the same time.
  • Lead and coordinate Project Managers and/or Associate Project Managers as needed.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to build project and staffing plans, forecast work, and allocate resources.
  • Serve as the communications hub between agency teams and external or internal agency partners.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, timelines, estimates, budgets, and project schedules for assigned accounts.
  • Track project progress to keep work on time and within budget, and escalate timing or budget risks early.
  • Work with Creative Services and Business Leadership partners to manage creative resources, estimates, and budgets.
  • Communicate status updates across departments and enforce agency processes with constructive feedback.
  • Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements, including systems or software changes.
  • Provide performance input for employees across departments and complete other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency.
  • Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions required.
  • Experience developing timelines and managing budgets required.
  • PC and MS Office Suite software experience required.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience required.
  • Experience managing a large, multi-faceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing a Project Manager, Associate Project Manager, and/or team of Project Managers.
  • Preferred candidate should have tactful yet assertive communication skills and the ability to foster positive agency relationships.
