Description

  • Oversee the development, review, and submission of medical publications in line with timelines, compliance requirements, client preferences, and SOPs.
  • Manage client content-review workflows in Datavision, iEnvision, and related systems, including submissions, retrievals, and updates.
  • Coordinate project specifications, schedules, and communications with internal and client teams.
  • Acquire permissions and manage digital content updates, including journal and congress submissions.
  • Liaise with clients, review-software vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient project workflows.
  • Train and onboard junior team members and promote publication-management best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, English, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar database management role within a fast-paced medical or healthcare communications agency.
  • Hands-on experience with Datavision or iEnvision review-management systems.
  • Experience with document review and approval tools such as PubStrat, Veeva PromoMats, Zinc, or Content Lab is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as PubMed searches.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality and efficiency.
