Description

  • Conceptualize, develop, and design digital content based on strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with senior art staff and copywriters on concepts and layouts for client, internal, and new-business projects.
  • Prepare detailed layouts and storyboards, and format creative content.
  • Coordinate with the internal art department, studio, and external suppliers to complete comps.
  • Partner with editorial, project management, account management, and other agency teams to meet deadlines.
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and organization.
  • Lead and allocate work for entry-level designers and art directors, including freelance support.
  • Monitor the quality of agency creative output and provide creative direction and leadership.
  • Present creative work in client meetings and execute concepts through final completion.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of creative or creative-management experience at a digital agency.
  • Digital portfolio of creative samples required; pharmaceutical marketing samples preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Sketch.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
