Description

  • Create project plans and scopes of work based on strategy and job level information.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to build project plans, staff plans, forecasts, and resource allocations.
  • Manage day-to-day workflow across assigned accounts to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop timelines, advise on estimates, and flag timing or budget risks for course correction.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and formal internal review meetings.
  • Coordinate internal copy, layout, creative, and proofreading reviews to secure approvals.
  • Maintain daily communication with team members and monitor project status, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate client presentations and final asset reviews, including budget and timing recommendations.
  • Track project finances, maintain estimates, and identify overages, delays, and out-of-scope work.
  • Enforce agency processes, recommend process improvements, and provide performance input as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-5 years of project or account management experience in a pharma agency environment.
  • Experience with timeline development and budget management required.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with diverse personalities.
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Enthusiastic desire to continuously learn, evolve, and innovate.
  • PC and MS Office Suite experience required.
  • Workfront and Jira experience required.
