Description

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on vaccine coverage, payment, reimbursement, acquisition, contracting, billing, and payer strategies.
  • Develop strategic and tactical recommendations addressing client policy and business needs.
  • Lead project execution, including setting strategy, managing teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop new offerings aligned with evolving client needs.
  • Contribute to business development, sales planning, and revenue goals.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff across the practice and firm.
  • Author thought leadership on vaccine policy and market access expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health policy, public policy, public health, healthcare management, business administration, health economics, or biological sciences.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, vaccine manufacturing, or a similar organization focused on vaccine policy, market access, marketing, or commercialization.
  • Expertise in U.S. vaccine policy and market access at federal and state levels, including Medicare, Medicaid, VFC, Section 317, Universal Purchase, and commercial markets.
  • Knowledge of vaccine pricing, contracting, reimbursement, provider scope-of-practice laws, and purchasing policies.
  • Experience analyzing vaccine reimbursement rates, payment data, and competitive information to address payer barriers.
  • Experience managing primary market research, including interviews and advisory boards, and translating findings into client recommendations.
  • Experience developing market access and promotional/non-promotional materials, including MLR review and Veeva Vault processes.
  • Ability to create client-ready PowerPoint presentations and Excel analyses from complex policy and market data.
  • Experience managing scopes, budgets, timelines, teams, and client deliverables.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of vaccine coding and AMA CPT processes preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate distribution channels and strategic opportunities for pipeline immunization products preferred.
