Description

  • Lead all aspects of project delivery from scoping and definition through execution and lessons learned.
  • Own a portfolio of accounts and programs as a delivery lead and project management department leader.
  • Drive operational excellence through roadmap planning, problem solving, and adherence to best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate with department managers to achieve business objectives and client satisfaction.
  • Improve, streamline, and automate agency workflows by enhancing processes and procedures.
  • Enforce project standards, business management systems, and agency workflow methodology.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach APMs, PMs, and SPMs, with potential direct reports.
  • Represent agency operations and project management in client meetings, planning discussions, and launch planning activities.
  • Create burn reports, monitor risks, and work with Account Management to mitigate issues proactively.
  • Own estimation, budget reconciliation, staffing forecasts, and resource planning across assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s-level degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of project management experience within a healthcare agency environment.
  • Detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical brand marketing, including broadcast, print, digital, and Medical/Legal/regulatory review.
  • Strong experience with both traditional/non-digital and digital campaigns, including sites, digital experiences, and email.
  • Expert-level proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, preferred.
  • Expert-level proficiency with MS Project or similar project planning software such as Smartsheet, preferred.
  • Experience with production tools and proprietary software such as Egnyte, JIRA, Asana, content management systems, and online routing tools, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of web and related technologies, including user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management, and hosting, preferred.
  • Experience with project methodologies including agile, hybrid, and waterfall.
  • Experience estimating, staffing, and managing fee budgets of more than $5MM, excluding out-of-pocket costs.
