Description

  • Lead creative projects from conception through completion across multiple brands and workstreams.
  • Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, strategists, and project teams to integrate copy, design, and UX.
  • Deliver breakthrough creative work while influencing peers and championing high-quality ideas.
  • Understand client and company strategic and financial goals.
  • Develop expertise in clinical data and competitive landscapes for assigned brands and accounts.
  • Participate in staffing, scope evaluation, delegation, and workflow management.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Mentor junior creatives and create opportunities for them to contribute and grow.
  • Manage multiple teams and projects efficiently, effectively, and profitably.
  • Communicate with project teams to keep deliverables on schedule.

Requirements

  • At least 9 years of creative copywriting experience, including 3+ years writing for pharmaceutical brands.
  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience is required.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior creatives.
  • Ability to direct writing and design for interactive, motion, and print projects.
  • Digital portfolio demonstrating diverse interactive work across multimedia channels and platforms.
  • Strong customer service skills and commitment to superior quality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented.
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office on PC or Mac.
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, writing, or a related field preferred but not required.
