Description

  • Lead creative projects from conception through completion across multiple brands and work streams.
  • Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to develop communication ideas across media.
  • Ensure design, copy, and UX work together to support strategic insights and project goals.
  • Deliver breakthrough creative work while influencing and mentoring peers and junior creatives.
  • Manage delegation, workflow, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Participate in staffing decisions and help evaluate the scope of work.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships while supporting superior customer service.
  • Champion creativity by sharing inspiring work and helping junior team members shine.
  • Track strategic, financial, and clinical context for client brands and accounts.
  • Maintain efficient, effective, and profitable management of multiple teams and work streams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, writing, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 9 years of creative copywriting experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience writing for pharma.
  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience required.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior creatives.
  • Ability to direct writing and design for interactive, motion, and print projects.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
  • Digital portfolio showcasing a wide range of interactive work across multimedia channels and platforms.
  • Advanced PC or Mac experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.
