Description

  • Work with art directors, copywriters, and designers to conceive and execute brand communication and engagement projects across a wide range of media.
  • Act as lead creative on brands and projects while reporting to the Creative Director.
  • Ensure the agency’s creative work is of consistently high quality, impactful, and effective.
  • Develop and direct concepts for advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Take a creative leadership role in shaping creative strategy and delivery with brand teams and colleagues.
  • Present creative ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor, develop, supervise, and train junior and mid-weight creatives.
  • Constructively challenge and inspire others during the creative ideation process.
  • Play a role in growing the agency by identifying new business opportunities and supporting pitch work.
  • Assist in ensuring the Creative Department meets performance targets and contribute to commercial goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in a creative role within a recognized healthcare advertising agency.
  • Proven evidence of mentorship, teamwork, and collaboration in recent work and experience.
  • Ability to build clear and compelling narrative through concept presentations.
  • Ability to lead clients through creative ideas using strong presentation skills.
  • Understanding of different communication platforms and design tools, including video, PowerPoint, websites, apps, print, and immersive experiences.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in exploring new creative opportunities.
  • Ability to shape and improve team offerings and ways of working.
  • Comfort working closely with brand teams and providing creative counsel.
  • Experience taking the lead on new business pitch work (preferred).
  • Understanding of the commercial aspects of an agency business and performance targets (preferred).
