Description

  • Coordinate campaign setup by gathering creative assets, technical specifications, ad sizes, supported formats, pixel requirements, and trafficking timelines from publishers.
  • Upload and map creative assets into the ad server following detailed trafficking instructions.
  • Create, test, and validate ad tags, and communicate implementation details to internal teams and external partners.
  • Verify campaign components such as creatives, placements, click-through URLs, trackers, and measurement pixels before launch.
  • Maintain daily and weekly QA records for creative versions, placements, click and impression trackers, and measurement tags.
  • Assist with data quality checks by identifying inconsistencies, missing values, and anomalies in campaign reporting data.
  • Escalate recurring or systemic campaign issues and collaborate with the Media Tech team to troubleshoot and improve processes.
  • Develop proficiency in tools such as Google Campaign Manager and Microsoft Excel for ad serving and data validation.
  • Support campaign accuracy, delivery, and reporting integrity across multiple digital channels and platforms.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising operations, campaign trafficking, or related ad tech roles.
  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms such as Google Campaign Manager (GCM), Xandr, Trade Desk, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, or similar tools.
  • Experience with HCP or DTC healthcare media is a plus; pharmaceutical client experience is highly valued.
  • Understanding of digital media channels including display, video, and paid social within multi-platform campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of tagging, pixel implementation, and campaign QA processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to verifying setup, delivery, and reporting accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaign requests and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint is also required.
  • Basic familiarity with data quality concepts such as completeness, consistency, and accuracy; some exposure to SQL is a nice to have.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
