Description

  • Maintain knowledge of clients’ businesses, categories, and relevant industry developments.
  • Draft scopes, briefs, statements of work, agendas, presentations, and other account documentation.
  • Schedule client meetings and support preparation of agendas, presentations, and logistics.
  • Document meeting decisions and ensure accurate follow-up on agreements.
  • Review project materials for brand consistency, quality, and compliance with medical, regulatory, and legal review processes.
  • Anticipate client and account-team needs and proactively address issues.
  • Build client relationships and serve as a point of contact for basic requests.
  • Participate in client and vendor-partner conference calls.
  • Coordinate with internal agency teams and external vendors to deliver client work.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of related industry experience; advertising agency experience preferred.
  • An industry-related internship is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online business tools.
  • Strong writing, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Resourceful, proactive, accountable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Curiosity about business, customer insights, multichannel marketing, and digital platforms.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build trusted relationships across distributed teams, agency partners, and clients.
