Description

  • Own and prioritize the technology and agentic AI roadmap for internal operations teams.
  • Build and ship AI agents that automate high-volume internal workflows with guardrails, confidence thresholds, and escalation logic.
  • Identify workflows that can be self-served and create tooling that reduces dependency on engineering.
  • Track and improve operational KPIs such as resolution time, first-contact resolution, AI deflection rate, and broken order rate.
  • Partner with the VP of Product to train operations teams on prompt engineering and agent building.
  • Serve as an internal voice for AI use cases in governance and strategy discussions.
  • Own product and integration relationships for operational platforms such as Intercom.
  • Redesign internal workflows to remove fragmentation, manual steps, and knowledge bottlenecks.
  • Define ownership, risk tiering, ROI cases, and human-approval gates for deployed agents.
  • Embed operational frameworks such as input metrics, say/do ratios, and capacity planning into the teams you support.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning internal tools, operational platforms, or enterprise-facing systems at a high-growth technology company.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents using Claude Cowork or Claude Code, with a proven track record of deployed agents and measurable business outcomes; this is a mandatory qualification.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, data schemas, system integrations, and LLM architectures.
  • Experience reducing operational cost-to-serve and improving metrics such as resolution time, AI deflection rate, broken order rate, or support ticket volume.
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally at both strategic and operational levels with COO-level stakeholders and team leads.
  • Experience managing product and integration relationships with customer support, fulfillment, or operations tooling vendors.
  • Experience evaluating platforms, scoping integrations, and configuring tools to scale.
  • Experience in ticketing, marketplace, or high-volume transactional platforms is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with the operational demands of time-sensitive inventory and fulfillment environments is a meaningful advantage.

Benefits

  • $150,000 to $180,000 annual salary.
