Description

  • Work directly with shop owners and their teams to increase value from AutoLeap through deeper product adoption.
  • Manage registrations and adoption of the integrated payments module.
  • Contact customers and third-party vendors by phone and email to support payments-related workflows.
  • Update customer information and oversee delivery of incentive plans.
  • Manage the support phone line and respond to customer product and billing questions.
  • Ensure appropriate next actions are taken for issues coming through the support line.
  • Work on other Customer Success team projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 8–24 months of experience at a software company.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS business model is a plus.
  • Experience serving SMB customers is a plus.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success or support.
  • Experience working in collections or billing in some capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A strong track record of success and progression in previous roles.
  • Passion for helping others and improving the customer experience.
  • North American workdays and hours availability is required.
