Description

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture of Informatica MDM solutions, including Customer 360, Product 360, and Supplier 360.
  • Design scalable data models, match/merge rules, hierarchies, survivorship, and stewardship workflows.
  • Define enterprise MDM strategy aligned with data governance, analytics, and AI readiness.
  • Establish architecture patterns that integrate MDM with data warehouses, data lakes, and AI platforms.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define the MDM vision, roadmap, and business case.
  • Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate them into source-to-target mappings and solution designs.
  • Lead and mentor teams of MDM developers, data engineers, and analysts.
  • Drive best practices across data quality, metadata, lineage, and governance.
  • Architect integrations between MDM and enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, HCM, and data platforms.
  • Enable MDM as the foundation for AI, analytics, and machine learning use cases.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Informatica MDM, including IDMC, MDM SaaS, Customer 360, and Product 360.
  • Strong experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ/CDQ) and data governance.
  • Advanced knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
  • Experience designing match/merge, survivorship, and hierarchy management frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, including ETL, APIs, and streaming.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, and AWS.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end MDM implementations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Boomi Platform, MuleSoft, or other iPaaS solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Informatica CDI (Cloud Data Integration) is preferred.
  • Experience in Higher Education, Nonprofit, Healthcare, or Financial Services is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI/ML use cases and data preparation pipelines is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data cataloging, metadata management, and lineage tools is preferred.
  • Experience building data governance frameworks and operating models is preferred.
