Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows using Informatica IDMC, IICS, or PowerCenter.
  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading.
  • Integrate data across CRM, ERP, and data warehouse systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, Snowflake, and SQL Server.
  • Implement data quality rules, validations, and monitoring processes.
  • Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support data migration, conversion, and modernization initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data-related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Document technical designs, mappings, and workflows.
  • Lead or support business development, proposal development, and solution design for new and expanded client work.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in data integration or ETL development.
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), IDMC, or PowerCenter.
  • Experience with Informatica Data Integration, Mass Ingestion, or Application Integration modules.
  • Strong SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and optimization.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and file-based integrations such as CSV, JSON, and XML.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with data quality and governance concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or MDM, API-led integration patterns, Python or scripting for data processing, orchestration tools or iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato, DevOps practices including CI/CD and Git, industry domains such as Healthcare, Higher Education, Financial Services, or Non-Profit, and Informatica Professional Certification (IICS/IDMC).
