Description

  • Drive outbound lead generation within existing schools to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Build and expand relationships with educational institutions to create long-term partnerships.
  • Run engaging product demos that clearly communicate Atomi’s value.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to multithread accounts and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline throughout the year.
  • Negotiate pricing and close expansion deals that deliver revenue growth.
  • Share market insights with Sales, Product, and Marketing to inform growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS or tech solution sales with a strong record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Confidence in prospecting, building new relationships, and expanding accounts over time.
  • Familiarity with land-and-expand sales strategies and working with internal teams to drive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and persuasively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust and credibility with stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset with openness to feedback, continuous improvement, and new ways of working.
  • Experience in startups or EdTech is a bonus.
  • Australian working rights are required.
  • Links to relevant projects, such as a portfolio, writing samples, or GitHub, should be included with the application.
