Description

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions across global time zones.
  • Send meeting invitations, manage calendars, and ensure scheduling accuracy.
  • Respond to learner inquiries within the client tenant and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain and update RAID logs and other project documentation regularly.
  • Track attendance, compile feedback, and produce session reports.
  • Support trainer readiness and handle session setup and logistics.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the PM and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure delivery needs are met, including adherence to enterprise data handling standards.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working remotely (LATAM) as a contractor for US-based engagements; may require travel to client sites.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication and proven collaboration with PMs and stakeholders.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience maintaining RAID logs, documentation quality, and producing attendance/feedback reports.
  • Problem-solving orientation with ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions.
  • Willingness to meet SLAs for learner response times (example SLA: respond within 24 hours) and comply with enterprise reporting and data-handling standards.
