Description

  • Own end-to-end revenue growth, including pipeline, forecasting, and deal closing.
  • Scale early traction into a structured, repeatable sales motion.
  • Lead, coach, and hire the sales team while remaining hands-on in closing strategic deals.
  • Design and evolve GTM strategy, including ICPs, pricing, outreach, sales cycles, and channels.
  • Build sales operations: create playbooks, define KPIs, implement forecasting, ensure CRM hygiene, and establish clear accountability.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team as a commercial sparring partner on strategy and growth decisions.
  • Stay close to the market and turn customer insights into improved positioning and higher conversion rates.
  • Prepare and evolve the role toward a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) function over time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS sales organization from early revenue to ~€10M+ ARR (or similar scale).
  • Hands-on seller who has transitioned into a sales leader and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves.
  • Track record of hitting ambitious sales targets in hyper-growth environments.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and growing a sales team.
  • Experience designing GTM elements such as ICPs, pricing, sales cycles, and channels.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • CRM savvy; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
