Description

  • Analyze large, complex datasets using statistical methods and machine learning to uncover business insights and trends.
  • Build predictive models to forecast outcomes, optimize processes, and support decision-making across departments.
  • Design and implement feature engineering techniques to improve model accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and translate them into data science solutions.
  • Clean, preprocess, and organize raw data from multiple sources for analysis and modeling.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, forecasting, and NLP tasks.
  • Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and optimize models for real-world use.
  • Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Automate repetitive data processing and reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Deploy models to production environments and monitor ongoing performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and working with structured data.
  • Experience building and deploying machine learning models for classification, regression, time-series forecasting, and NLP tasks.
  • Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and large unstructured datasets.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
  • Preferred: Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Preferred: Experience with NLP techniques such as sentiment analysis, text classification, or language models.
  • Preferred: Strong foundation in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
  • Preferred: Experience building and optimizing data pipelines for data collection, processing, and storage.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Git.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Preferred: Ability to understand business goals and align data science solutions accordingly.
