Description

  • Drive the execution and delivery of features by coordinating with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and developers.
  • Work within short release cycles and support continuous integration and feature toggle implementations.
  • Contribute to platform-based and microservice architecture development efforts.
  • Improve the development process and remove impediments that affect team delivery.
  • Participate in development tasks, including coding and feature verification, to support release commitments.
  • Coach and mentor leads through technical and nontechnical challenges.
  • Lead a team and provide technical leadership as a technical lead or team lead.
  • Apply unit testing, user stories or use cases, design patterns, and object-oriented software design in day-to-day work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Experience as a technical lead, team lead, or in an equivalent leadership role.
  • Working knowledge of unit testing, user stories or use cases, design patterns, and object-oriented software design.
  • Experience with short release cycles, feature toggles, and continuous integration.
  • Experience with microservice architecture and platform-based development.
  • Experience with .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team player.
  • Sponsorship and/or work authorization is not available for this position.
