Description

  • Develop reports and analytics using data from the data warehouse and Salesforce.
  • Use Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other reporting tools to analyze and present data.
  • Identify patterns, trends, relationships, correlations, outliers, and anomalies in data.
  • Apply statistical analysis to support data findings and investigations.
  • Create visualizations and narrative explanations to provide context for data insights.
  • Review and quality-check reports and data before delivering them to internal or external clients.
  • Communicate directly with customers about data needs, specifications, and deadlines.
  • Research and resolve data quality issues and manage incoming partner requests.
  • Configure mapping tools, test solutions, and document processes for internal resources and customers.
  • Serve as the internal and client-facing subject matter expert on data requirements and lead web-based trainings.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL is required.
  • Previous client-facing experience is required.
  • Experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting is preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data is preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently with limited direction.
  • Must be highly responsive and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change, delays, and unexpected events.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present numerical data clearly.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
