Description

  • Manage inboxes and respond to client inquiries, collaboration requests, and general messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments, fittings, photoshoots, and other client or project-related events.
  • Maintain calendars and project timelines across multiple ongoing assignments.
  • Organize files, receipts, contracts, and other project documentation.
  • Support research, supplier communication, and booking logistics as needed.
  • Oversee social media posting schedules across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Upload and publish pre-created content according to the social media calendar.
  • Monitor direct messages and comments, engage with followers, and escalate important messages to the client.
  • Track engagement, reach, and performance data and provide simple weekly summaries.
  • Support content organization and create or maintain digital assets such as mood boards, lookbooks, or presentation decks in Canva or Google Slides.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or virtual assistant role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with social media management on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, Trello or Asana, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, flexible, and comfortable supporting creative projects remotely.
  • Experience in the fashion, styling, or creative industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic social media analytics such as engagement rates, reach, and impressions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with content planning tools such as Later, Planoly, or Buffer is preferred.

  • $500 to $1,100 monthly compensation.
