Description

  • Manage the company’s YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram presence.
  • Repurpose long-form YouTube videos into short-form videos and reels.
  • Use Opus Clip or similar tools to identify and create short-form content.
  • Perform basic video editing and formatting using Camtasia or similar software.
  • Create and refine social media posts, captions, titles, and descriptions.
  • Use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools to optimize content and scripts.
  • Research effective posting times and recommend content strategies.
  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
  • Develop an efficient, repeatable content production and publishing workflow.
  • Collaborate with the business owner to match their preferred voice, style, and feedback.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with social media content, video editing, or content management.
  • Experience managing YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook accounts.
  • Experience creating and working with short-form video content.
  • Familiarity with Camtasia or similar video editing software.
  • Experience with Opus Clip or comparable AI-powered video clipping tools.
  • Comfort using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools for content creation and optimization.
  • Knowledge of social media posting, scheduling, captions, and content optimization.
  • Highly proficient written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
  • Creative, organized, proactive, and able to identify content improvements.
  • Able to work independently while taking direction and feedback from the business owner.
  • Experience managing content workflows for a business, professional, financial, or personal brand preferred.
  • Experience with additional social media management or scheduling platforms preferred.
