Description

  • Manage, configure, and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce MDM policies and security standards.
  • Oversee device enrollment, provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Monitor endpoint compliance and overall security posture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve device, system, and access-related issues.
  • Implement security updates, patches, and access control measures.
  • Ensure adherence to IT best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain clear documentation of systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT and security initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong background in Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Solid knowledge of endpoint security, compliance frameworks, and device governance.
  • Experience with device provisioning, policy configuration, and access control.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, security-focused mindset.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Azure AD / Entra ID (preferred).
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Endpoint Administrator Associate (preferred).
  • Must reliably support Eastern (EST) hours.
  • Part-time availability for 20 hours per week.
