Description

  • Research and identify relevant government grant opportunities in the US and Canada.
  • Manage the full grant application lifecycle from discovery through submission.
  • Prepare, write, and submit high-quality grant proposals.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather required information and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, deadlines, and outcomes.
  • Track and report on grant pipeline performance and success rates.
  • Ensure submissions comply with all grant requirements and guidelines.
  • Use internal systems, including Xero and Pluto, to support tracking and reporting.
  • Independently drive outreach and application preparation with guidance on target grant types.

Requirements

  • Proven experience securing government grants in Canada and/or the US.
  • Strong writing and proposal development skills.
  • Excellent research and organizational abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare or healthcare software industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Xero and Pluto is preferred.
  • Experience working in a remote, fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Availability for part-time work of 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 20 hours per week.
