Description

  • Answer inbound customer calls during after-hours operations.
  • Make outbound follow-up and confirmation calls as needed.
  • Schedule service appointments accurately using company systems.
  • Provide clear, professional, and courteous communication with customers.
  • Log and document all customer interactions properly.
  • Support after-hours coverage for a 24-hour business.
  • Coordinate service appointments and customer communications efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English with a clear, professional, customer-friendly tone.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call handling.
  • Ability to manage multiple calls and scheduling tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or similar service-based industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
  • Full-time availability for approximately 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Eastern Time.
  • Ability to work after-hours shifts reliably.
