Description

Answer inbound customer calls during after-hours operations.
Make outbound follow-up and confirmation calls as needed.
Schedule service appointments accurately using company systems.
Provide clear, professional, and courteous communication with customers.
Log and document all customer interactions properly.
Support after-hours coverage for a 24-hour business.
Coordinate service appointments and customer communications efficiently.

Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills in English with a clear, professional, customer-friendly tone.
Prior experience in customer service or call handling.
Ability to manage multiple calls and scheduling tasks efficiently.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or similar service-based industries is preferred.
Familiarity with ServiceTitan is strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Full-time availability for approximately 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Eastern Time.
Ability to work after-hours shifts reliably.
