Description

  • Drive implementation projects from initiation to completion while managing timelines, budgets, and commercial outcomes.
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions through consultancy and collaborative workshops.
  • Own the end-to-end configuration and setup of the software for each customer’s workflows and requirements.
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), working with customers to resolve issues and secure sign-off.
  • Identify delivery risks early and remove blockers before they affect project timelines.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout each project.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer contacts and act as a key point of contact after go-live.
  • Deliver training sessions, webinars, and product demonstrations for customers and prospective customers.
  • Produce and maintain training materials and product documentation.
  • Share customer insights internally to inform product and development teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a project management, implementation, or professional services role.
  • Experience owning a project from kickoff through completion.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong ability to gather, challenge, and define requirements.
  • Highly organised and self-directed, with the ability to manage workload and deadlines without close supervision.
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and become a product expert.
  • Experience delivering training, demos, or webinars is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers, from large charitable organisations to small societies and micro-funders.
  • Technically confident, with experience handling system configuration, data, reporting requirements, and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of grants management or the non-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
