Description

  • Design and deploy AI agents that automate operational work across customer support, sales outreach, onboarding, content, marketing, and engineering maintenance.
  • Work with portfolio company operators to identify and prioritize the highest-value automation opportunities.
  • Build external AI products such as vertical voice agents, AI copilots, workflow automation tools, and AI documentation systems.
  • Own products from prototype through launch, including driving toward first paying customers.
  • Move quickly from idea to MVP to production and iterate based on beta user feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Measure the impact of automation in labor hours saved or team output increased.
  • Help define both the problem and the solution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building products, tools, projects, startups, or side projects that have gone live.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI and machine learning tools, large language models, and agent frameworks.
  • Ability to move from zero to a functional prototype quickly.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and defining the problem as part of the solution process.
  • Bias toward action over planning.
  • Experience building AI agents, voice agents, or workflow automation (preferred).
  • Background in vertical SaaS or B2B product development (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the security industry (preferred).
  • Previous startup or founder experience (preferred).
  • Experience working across multiple product lines or business units (preferred).
  • Ability to submit a resume and a short note describing the first AI agent you would build and why.
