Description

  • Decompose solution designs into technical tasks with clear interfaces.
  • Set and enforce coding, testing, and code review standards.
  • Make day-to-day technical decisions and escalate appropriate issues to architecture.
  • Build complex Apex, integration layers, and asynchronous frameworks.
  • Lead code reviews as a coaching and quality-improvement practice.
  • Own technical estimates and defend delivery commitments.
  • Manage branching, environment promotion, deployment validation, and rollback planning.
  • Track and reduce technical debt within regular sprints.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
  • Represent the squad in client technical discussions and surface risks early.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years leading a delivery squad.
  • Experience estimating and committing to delivery scope.
  • Demonstrated success raising a team’s technical standards.
  • Professional English proficiency for direct communication with North American stakeholders.
  • Deep Apex expertise, including asynchronous patterns, trigger frameworks, bulkification, and governor limits.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components and modern Salesforce front-end development.
  • Experience with integration patterns and at least one middleware or iPaaS platform.
  • Experience with Git branching, CI/CD, and package-based development.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification, or Platform Developer I with equivalent depth; permanent work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship needs.
