Description

  • Lead complex cross-functional technical programs spanning hardware, infrastructure, IT systems, and operational readiness.
  • Partner with engineering, construction, operations, IT, and commercial teams to align on objectives, dependencies, timelines, and resources.
  • Define program plans, success criteria, and execution frameworks to bring structure to ambiguous workstreams.
  • Create and maintain repeatable, scalable systems and processes while balancing long-term excellence with short-term pragmatism.
  • Identify and manage program risks, drive mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues in a timely manner.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to support trust, shared ownership, and transparent decision-making.
  • Ensure teams understand roles, responsibilities, expectations, deliverables, and strategic direction.
  • Facilitate communication by translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Drive operational readiness for deployment of hardware, infrastructure, and IT systems.
  • Track and report program progress, status, decisions, and risks to leadership using data and narrative.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in the IT or technology vendor industry.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware solutions, hardware lifecycle management, or hardware-dependent infrastructure environments.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure build projects such as data centers, edge deployments, or network installations.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering and operational teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or fast-moving technical programs.
  • Experience establishing scalable systems, workflows, and governance, with comfort using manual or lightweight approaches initially.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically.
  • Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and detailed plans across several teams.
  • Preferred: experience with data center operations, cloud infrastructure, networking hardware, or OEM hardware vendors.
  • Preferred: understanding of logistics and supply chain.
  • Preferred: certification or training in program management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, or Lean.
  • Preferred: technical background or familiarity with IT infrastructure domains.
