Description

  • Debug and fix issues in the platform and ship pull requests with those fixes.
  • Build internal tools and copilots powered by generative AI to support the team.
  • Rapidly prototype proof-of-concepts for customer use cases.
  • Work across Engineering, Product, and Solutions to unblock customers.
  • Help push the boundaries of AI adoption through hands-on application development.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with Python and Golang.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI, including LLM APIs, frameworks, copilots, or automations.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing concepts.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph, DiFy, or LiteLLM.
  • Familiarity with or eagerness to learn JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong debugging ability, creative problem-solving, and fast learning.
  • Independent and resourceful, with a bias toward creating solutions rather than dependencies.
  • Must be based in the Singapore area.
  • Customer-facing experience is preferred.
  • Experience building copilots, plugins, or custom GenAI-powered applications is preferred.
  • Open-source contributions or pull requests to real codebases are preferred.
  • Startup or fast-moving environment experience is preferred.
