Description

  • Manage and coordinate deliverables across the Campaign, Content, and Tech pods.
  • Translate client needs and business goals into clear tasks, deadlines, and workflows.
  • Track delivery progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve blockers.
  • Run weekly pod check-ins and maintain ClickUp and Notion project boards.
  • Oversee quality assurance before launches, including links, assets, automations, and emails.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for ongoing clients on non-sales matters.
  • Provide regular status updates, timelines, next steps, and retention-level client communication.
  • Manage and support a team of 10–20 freelancers and specialists, including assigning work and reviewing submissions.
  • Maintain internal documentation and improve repeatable workflows across the team.
  • Use AI and no-code tools to automate processes and implement operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong background in operations, project management, or agency delivery.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Experience working with creatives, tech freelancers, and marketers.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and confident making decisions independently.
  • Comfortable using ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and Google Drive.
  • Curious about and capable of using AI tools to improve execution.
  • Experience with HighLevel, Make, Zapier, or ThriveCart integrations is a bonus.
  • Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively in an asynchronous, time-zone-flexible environment.
  • Tech-savvy and capable of driving process improvement and automation, not just following existing workflows.
