Description

  • Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate bookkeeping and monthly close.
  • Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports on revenue, margin, and profit by channel, including Retail, D2C, and B2B.
  • Conduct inventory accounting, including landed cost, duty, freight allocation, and COGS reconciliation.
  • Maintain the Pricing Master Sheet, including MSRP, wholesale, and MAP tiers.
  • Lead the 12-month rolling forecast, budgeting process, and cash flow projections.
  • Automate dashboards and reporting between QuickBooks, Shopify, and Google Sheets.
  • Partner with Operations and Logistics on freight planning and inventory valuation.
  • Support grant applications and compliance documentation with accurate financial data.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, inventory accounting, and/or finance operations, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • QuickBooks Online bookkeeping experience is required and non-negotiable.
  • Experience with bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/accounts payable, and journal entries.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, dashboards, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with Shopify data exports and financial modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, including FIFO, landed cost, freight allocation, and COGS reconciliation.
  • Experience with pricing and margin analysis.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive communication skills.
  • Prior graveyard-shift experience overlapping with U.S. CST is required.
  • Preference for graduates from UP, ADMU, DLSU, UST, selected Region V schools, or selected Negros Occidental schools.
  • Must complete the Lux & Nyx Finance & Operations Skills Test before the final interview.

Benefits

  • Php 50,000 to Php 80,000 per month, depending on work experience.
  • Full-time remote position.
  • Work schedule aligned with U.S. CST time zone.
