Description

  • Own the client outcome from the moment a client pays until they are consistently growing revenue.
  • Run client onboarding and ensure required systems are live and functioning.
  • Coordinate specialists (media buyers, copywriters, editors, GHL experts) and manage their deliverables and timelines.
  • Enforce timelines and deliverables to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Review content, ads, and funnels for quality and brand alignment and green-light launches.
  • Monitor performance and pipeline health, including appointment volume and cost-per-appointment efficiency.
  • Communicate results, progress, and next steps to clients weekly and provide proactive updates.
  • Detect issues early, propose solutions, and implement fixes when fulfillment stalls or underperforms.
  • Ensure content velocity and quality to support campaign and funnel execution.
  • Own client growth and retention, taking accountability for performance and client success.

Requirements

  • Experience in at least one of the following: marketing or lead-generation agency, high-ticket service fulfillment, or performance-/operations-driven environments.
  • Comfortable managing 10–15 active client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to own client outcomes and drive retention and growth.
  • Frequent, proactive communication habits (clients never have to chase updates; weekly updates standard).
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable enforcing deadlines.
  • Metrics-aware with an understanding of performance KPIs (appointment volume, pipeline health, cost per appointment).
  • Calm under pressure with proactive problem-solving and extreme ownership (no blame-passing).
  • Vigilance for brand alignment and quality across content, ads, and funnels.
  • Ability to listen to client feedback, implement changes, and maintain consistency of service over time.
