Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and Dataverse.
  • Create business rules and automation logic to support data workflows across the Power Platform.
  • Integrate solutions with REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, stakeholders, backend developers, UX designers, and testers.
  • Maintain and enhance applications through iterative sprints and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and security compliance.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups.
  • Research, diagnose, and document errors and issues, including remediation steps and results.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to end users to support self-service capabilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Dynamics 365 Power Platform experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 3 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile SDLC, user story development, and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
  • U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
  • Preferred: Experience with Power BI, user-centered design, and accessibility standards such as Section 508 and WCAG.
  • Preferred: Experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, PCF Controls, and SharePoint.
