Description

  • Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and create comprehensive sourcing strategies
  • Source and engage candidates using social media, job boards, networking events, referrals, and other sourcing tools
  • Review resumes and qualifications to assess candidate fit for specific roles and job families
  • Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and interest
  • Submit qualified candidates and manage candidate progression through the hiring process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the ATS
  • Recommend and implement improvements to sourcing and recruitment processes and tools
  • Adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements when handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter (preferably in government contracting)
  • Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates using varied methods and tools
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the Federal hiring process or experience in the government contracting industry (preferred)
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States full-time; this position does not offer sponsorship
  • Willingness to comply with CUI safeguarding and compliance requirements and to travel occasionally (expected <10%)
