Description

  • Define and own the Distribution & Transportation product vision and multiyear roadmap.
  • Translate business strategy into scalable SAP-enabled logistics capabilities.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value, risk, complexity, and dependencies.
  • Partner with Logistics, Omnichannel, Retail, Sourcing, Finance, technology teams, and external partners.
  • Lead discovery workshops, process blueprinting, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4 Distribution and Transportation initiatives, enhancements, and transformation programs.
  • Support integrations across SAP SD, MM, EWM, ECC, 3PL, warehouse automation, and transportation systems.
  • Govern testing standards and establish effective second- and third-level support models.
  • Monitor system performance, adoption, and business value; drive automation and process improvement.
  • Manage vendors, release readiness, training, and communications for global logistics teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP ERP delivery, product management, or enterprise systems leadership.
  • 8+ years of experience with Distribution and Transportation processes; retail, wholesale, or fashion experience preferred.
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP Logistics and EWM.
  • Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA, FMS, or AFS.
  • Experience integrating SAP with warehouse automation and 3PL systems.
  • SAP GTS or ShipERP experience is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product roadmaps and lead cross-functional delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize complex initiatives in fast-paced environments with a strategic, execution-focused mindset.
  • Flexibility for international travel.
